  1. Just great. Now my "AR-15 Assault Rifles", "Federal Agents" and "Humvees" that i've been collecting mean nothing now that the Cuba expansion has come out! They're so weak in comparison with these new items! All my hard work farming for these items for nothing! Woe is me =/

  2. Yep, lol. The genre is simply pushing a rock up a hill, and when you get to the top, someone rolls it back down.

Despite this, somehow it is so addicting!

  3. Welcome to every expansion in every game ever made!

  4. I have two questions you may be able to answer or look into:

    1) If you purchase 200 or more items in Cuba, does that make the completion of jobs result in no income or possibly even a loss of income? (0.5% bribe x 200 would be 100% bribe)

    2) Since the Job Mastery Rewards in Cuba are treated as Loot, can they be sent as gifts? From your screenshots it looks like they can. If so, I am curious if it is possible to own more than one.

  5. 1). It would appear that way. I've never bothered to buy 200 items to find out, but I've heard of someone with an 80% bribe penalty.

    2) That was just in Beta, and that was fixed. Screenshots have been updated accordingly.

  10. I love to dance, you see... it's always been a passion of mine.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Yes dancing is great.. but anywho .. the max is 80% bribe... I had wired some money from NY to cuba... and bought everything available in CUBA :D ..

    ReplyDelete
  12. I did the same thing in the beginning of Cuba, wiring some money myself, and I have 80% bribe as well...I'm glad I bought a lot of crap while I could so I could sell it and stockpile some pesos...keep dancin

  17. OHHHH I JUST DISCOVERED SOMETHING HUGGEEE this is for the person running this guide... ok u know how anonymous posted the list of the street crates? well they add up to 30, 40, and 50 respectively. this makes me think that atk and def ARE added up in the calculations, because it would make sense to have rare items more powerful than common items!

  18. I am at level 130
    attack is 198
    defense is 205
    health is 185
    energy is 360
    stanima is 50

WHAT SHOULD I BE FOCUSING ON ?? WHERE SHOULD I PUT MY PROFILE POINTS??

    ReplyDelete
  19. add to above comment, i have 888 memebers in my mafia.

  20. You should be focusing on your lack of a life

  21. Slighly off topic but has anyone noticed loot items changing names. Thought l lost my Humvee's and 911's or stupidly given them away when trying to achieve "give 501". They are now Multi Purpose vehicle and GX9.

  22. Back on topic, has method of combat calculation been finalised. If when attacking you aggregate the attacking points only for weapon strength it makes sense whilst collecting TNT etc to buy as many Bazookas. If combining attack and defense it makes sense to buy as many RU-38s. Any answers l need something to spend my pesos on.

  23. I have a 76.5% bribe penalty and as such I am not generating enough of a peso bankroll ... how can I improve my income (I have all businesses maxed up)

    ReplyDelete
  24. ... add to previous post [76.5 BP]...

I am in the middle of my third mastery at El Cacique.

    ReplyDelete
  25. What you can do is sell off all your items EXCEPT the ones you need for the El Cacique tier. That should take off a huge chunk.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Can you elaborate on this? Are you talking about selling your collection items? Your loot items? For instance if I'm on the Cacique level, is there a way to sell everything other than Politicos and cell phones?

    ReplyDelete
  27. [cont.inued] because I'm at the 80% bribe penalty level and it kind of blows

    ReplyDelete
  28. they should have just made it it like NY so you have to pay for the upkeep of your weapons...

    ReplyDelete
  29. finished with NYC and Cuba and Moscow up to chpt 4? What should I sell in order to get powered up for chpt 5 and 6

    ReplyDelete
  30. I have over 200 snipers. My penalty is 80%. I am assuming that's as high as it goes.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Somewhere I saw a list of the number of each item you need to get through all of the tiers. Anybody know where that is?

    ReplyDelete
  32. I have every weapon in the game, and you all will die!!!

    Attack 1104
    Defense 1104
    Health 400
    Energy 900
    Stamina 60

Leave this game to to big boys and go play Mario Bros. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  33. Nothing like stacking skill points in attack and defense. If you have 501 of the best weapons you are likely to be outclassed if the opponent has more defense points than you have attack. Even if the defender has less loot.

  39. I am trying to finish up Cuba, almost as an afterthought, and it wants me to have seven Private Jets. I have three and it wants me to have four more. I looked through New York and Cuba loot jobs and can't find where those come/came from. Any help appreciated ... thx.
