Mafia Wars Bangkok Achievements

Along with the release of all the new episodes, there are quite a few achievements introduced with the full release of Mafia Wars Bangkok. Here is the full list:


Sawatdee: Earned by gaining access to Bangkok.

Note: This achievement was available since Bangkok beta.



Dead or Alive: Earned by gaining Allied status with the Yakuza Faction.



Hard Boiled: Earned by gaining Allied status with the Triad Faction.



Bangkok Dangerous: Earned by gaining Allied status with the Yakuza and Triad Factions at the same time.



One Night in Bangkok: Earned by completing Episode 5A or 5B of Bangkok.




The interesting thing is that the "One Night in Bangkok" achievement leads me to believe that players might have to choose between doing Episode 5A or 5B! This will make things interesting for sure.

  6. how did you earn the "bangkok dangerous" achievement? i mean if you choose one of the of the fractions the status of the other will drop. mathematically seen it's an unsolvable problem, isn't it?

  7. if u got 1 allied status, u gain for another fraction +2points and it costs only -1 point of your allied fraction. it's a very slow procedure
    if u know any other solution, pls post it

I'm gaining status with the triad faction for now, if u attack only one faction (yakuza for now for me) i'll gain +2 triad but i lose nothing with the yakuza cose i have no respect with them (the points u gain with fighting) so i can achieve faster the 'hard boiled' then ill do the same with yakuza, i hope then that i can gain 'bankok dangerous' cose it's imposible at the same time! :S...if not plz comment and help others! ;)

  10. Well I got Dead Or Alive, Hard Boiled and Bangkok Dangerous achievements at the same time. It was quite fast.

    Fight one time Yakuza and one time Triad, overall you will gain +1 to each faction.

    Do one job for each faction and overall you will gain +2 to each.

I was just about through Level 3 of Episode 5B, when I randomly received the One Night in Bangkok achievement, which then locked my progress on Chapter 1 of level 4, saying 'Master Chapter One to Continue'. Despite all 3 jobs reflecting mastery, Chapter 2 does not open. Anyone else have this happen to them Thursday night? Any luck in rectifying it? I've been going back and forth w/Zynga for 5 days on this issue, w/zero success.

  12. I also received the One Night in Bangkok achievement without fully completing Level 3. Odd, but I'm not complaining. It saved me a lot of time and energy.
