i did write them about some things and apparently when they started the rackets system and prevented those accounts from being on the robbing system (and no properties access).... an un-holy hoard of the "old guard" started moaning and crying so they brought the properties back, telling me how awesome properties really were because of the money you can make once you get it going.

if you do the 1st job in cuba, it normonally pays 17 exp for 10 energy with a 11% wheelman. so with the truckdriver that drops it down to 17exp for 10eng which is a ratio of 4.25 I think this is the best ratio in the game? Is there a level with a higher exp/eng level using the truck driver?

It's definitely faster. I use another app first that has an accurate 4 hr timer. My MW 4-hour racket ALWAYS is done with 15-20 mins left on the first app.

To prevent abuse they should make all the Energy Reduction Boosts from the rackets non-transferable (thus ending the ER Boost farming operations). Then bring back the Faked Documents, so this skill has the potential

with 15 inf points, it is possible, but takes a while to get all the free rides ( 3xp off) in a 4 hour period you get 106 ish energy for master boss. 20 rackets.... 3 free rides each....3 exp off.... so 180 free energy which out gains your energy regen. If all else fails you can dump it in the 3 exp jobs and get a free 180 exp. Helps out big time when you get those darn levels that you dont

I've been playing around with the racket system on my secondary account and I'm convinced the system has potential.

First thing I would do is refund the skill points anyone added to this system and double up the stamina. Seriously, apart from secondary accounts, I don't see anyone piling a lot of skill points into this once they realize how worthless it is in its present
